• Booking details: arena, date, time, payments and add-ons.
• Messages you send us through forms, WhatsApp or phone.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, to keep the site working well.

• To confirm, remind you about and manage your bookings.
• To process payments and refunds through our payment partners.
• To reply to your questions and event enquiries.
• To send offers, only if you’ve agreed. You can opt out any time.

Payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad and card processors) receive what they need to process your payment. SMS and messaging providers receive your number to deliver confirmations. We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Access is limited to staff who need it.

In this demo build, bookings are stored only in your own browser.

We use a cookie to remember your language and local storage to keep you logged in and save your bookings on this device. The map loads from Google only after you tap “Load map”.
