A booking is confirmed only after the advance or full payment is received and you get a booking code by SMS or on screen.

Slots are held for a few minutes while you pay. If payment doesn’t complete in time, the hold is released.

• The person who books is responsible for their group.
• Slot times are fixed. Your slot ends on time so the next group can start.
• Group size must stay within the arena’s listed capacity.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka and include all charges unless stated. The balance after the advance is paid at the front desk before play.

Coupons and deals can’t be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

Cancellations, refunds, transfers and venue closures are covered by our Refund & rain policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please follow our House rules and the instructions of staff. We may end a session without refund for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Sport carries a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and should be fit to take part.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Please keep valuables with you or hand them to the front desk.

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms that applied when you booked.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Cumilla.
