Refund & rain policy

Cancel from My bookings or by calling the front desk. What you get back depends on how long before the slot starts you cancel.

• More than 24 hours before: full refund of what you paid.
• Between 6 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before: no refund, but you can transfer the booking to a friend for free.

You can hand your booking to someone else at no cost, at any time before the slot starts. Their name and number replace yours on the booking.

Light rain doesn’t stop play — our turf drains fast. If we close a pitch because of heavy rain, a power problem or maintenance, you choose: a free reschedule, or 100% of what you paid back as wallet credit.

If you don’t turn up and don’t cancel, the booking counts as a no-show and isn’t refunded. After 2 no-shows within 60 days, future bookings need full payment in advance.

We hold a slot for 10 minutes while you pay. If your payment arrives after the hold has expired and the slot is gone, we refund it automatically in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, or to your Sarturf wallet if you prefer. Wallet credit is instant, bKash refunds take 1–3 days and card refunds take 5–7 working days.
